Urban Aran was a small, independent Irish fashion brand with genuine momentum and a loyal following, but an online presence that didn’t yet match its ambition. Sales were happening, but the store wasn’t built to convert, and paid media hadn’t been tapped to scale demand.
The brief was clear: grow online sales, and build a digital home worthy of the brand behind it.
A rebuilt store, then a growth engine on top
We rebuilt the brand’s online home from the ground up with a modern, higher-converting Shopify store, then drove growth primarily through Meta Ads, supported by Google Ads.
But we treated this as a partnership in building a business, not an ad account to manage. We shaped the brand’s content ideas and strategy, supported new product launches, and ran regular 1:1 mentoring sessions with the founder, so every decision, on and off the ad account, pulled in the same direction.
