A two-Michelin-star name, in need of new faces

Lapprodo & Cala del Porto is a two-Michelin-star restaurant that, under new management, had reinvented itself, a modernised restaurant with a new menu and a new direction. Even a celebrated kitchen needs a full room: the challenge was reaching fresh audiences and filling tables, especially through the busy Italian summer season.

What we did

A four-stage funnel, straight to a WhatsApp booking

We brought the restaurant into the digital age. Working with the new management, we modernised its brand and ran full social media management and content, then built a complete full-funnel Meta Ads strategy, moving audiences from first discovery through to booking a table directly via WhatsApp, a fast and personal channel diners actually use.

The funnel ran across four stages: introducing the restaurant to cold local audiences, warming them up, converting the most engaged into reservations, and upselling recent guests to higher-value experiences such as the restaurant’s Cantina (wine cellar) experience.

The results

A full house on a lean budget

  • Cost per click as low as €0.01 at ad-set level (€0.04 across the campaign), exceptional efficiency.
  • 70,094 people reached and over 111,000 impressions in a single week, on a lean ~€20/day budget.
